Labour Relations Advisor, Human Resources Branch (Heaquarters)

• Erin began her career at the CRA in 2014 as a scheduling assistant for the Assistant and Deputy Assistant Commissioner in HRB and has recently transitioned into the role of Labour Relations Advisor for the Headquarters region.
• She has an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology (animal physiology) from the University of Ottawa but discovered a passion for Human Resources and delivering top client service after being offered a starting position at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans in 2013.
• She believes mentoring is all about the successful transfer of knowledge and the discussions that can arise with creative and motivated individuals.
• As a reverse mentor, she looks forward to providing a fresh perspective on ways of working that could benefit others.

Conseillère en relations de travail, Direction générale des ressources humaines (Administration centrale)

• Erin a débuté sa carrière à l’ARC en 2014 à titre d’adjointe à l’agenda de la sous-commissaire et du sous-commissaire adjoint à la DGRH.
• Elle est récemment passée à un poste de conseillère en relations de travail pour la région de l’Administration centrale.
• Elle a un Baccalauréat spécialisé en biologie (en physiologie animale) de l’Université d’Ottawa, mais s’est découvert une passion pour les ressources humaines et pour l’excellence du service client lorsque lui fut offert un poste d’entrée à Pêches et Océan Canada en 2013. 
• Selon elle, le mentorat, c’est essentiellement le transfert de connaissances et l’initiation de discussions au sein de groupes d’individus créatifs et motivés.
• À titre de mentor inversé, elle a bien hâte d’offrir une nouvelle perspective au sujet de méthodes de travail dont d’autres personnes pourraient bénéficier.
